Do you have any pics of the work that you feel is not up to standards? IMO when doing construction you cant keep your grass or plants perfect from all of the vehicles, equipment and personnel traveling.

Apparently they do. I got instant online approval a couple weeks ago. I was issued account numbers and informed that I could purchase immediately - presumably online if I chose. (I didn't.) From what I've heard, they start reporting in 3 weeks or so. I've got my eye out for them to show up, too. I just did that whole kay, jared and jb robinson thing and I got the kay and jared last week but jb said they need more time to process

I find their "maxed out credit card point drop" off. I had 4 of my credit cards about 80% maxed this year. My score was a 688 fico on eq I paid the cards off and It jumped within two months to a 772 eq fico

The most I have ever spent on dinner was with my gf and I and it was like 90 dollars I guess I am either cheap or doing good.
