  4. Once you have paid off all of your student loans…how long it takes for the fed direct loans and other student lown lenders to report it to credit agencies. How long it takes to show up on your credit report. Does never getting late on your student loan payments and paying student loans in full increase your credit score or no? 5. But the bill would cap rates for federal student loans at 3.4%. And I thought there are no more "middle men" involved in federal loans, and all are originated by the Dept. of Education now? Will this new rate of 3.4% apply to past loans or the ones that are going to disbursed in future. Sent from my futuristic phone using Tapatalk 2
  6. Does it work on samsung galaxy phones? Does it announce to the other party that it is going to start recording? Sent from my cm_tenderloin using Tapatalk 2
  7. Yes u can but u have to route the call through google voice. There is a command button that u press to start the recording ....and it announces to both parties on line that it is going to start the recording. Hope that helps. Sent from my futuristic phone using Tapatalk 2

  9. I have about 8K in federal student loans @ 6.8% interest rate. I have the ability to pay it off all in the next 3 months but I don’t know if I should. The reason being I want to have the cash at hand to be able to meet any emergency need that may arise. 6.8% interest rate is pretty low. In case I decide not to pay off the full amount and just pay the monthly installments, how much of the interest paid in 2012 will I get back when I file my taxes next year. My salary range is 40-45k. If I get back all the interest paid in 2012 in the form of refund then I'd rather not pay the full loan amount. My other question is full amount of 8K is made up of two subsidized fed loans (4K each). Would it help if I consolidate them or im better off without having to consolidate them? Any advice? Thanks.

  11. I use mint.com and love it. Been using it for couple years now. Since its intuit so I trust it. Occassionally it adds duplicate transactions which I have to clean out manually so I try to look out for them. Also it runs into login issues with financial instituitions and not sync it but that can be fixed ....haven't been able to figure out why it happens. I however have noticed that mint shows notifications for bills even when I have paid them. Pageonce is good in this. This is something mint ppl need to work on. I wanna know how are other websites for example...yodlee.com, pageonce etc. Sent from my futuristic phone using tapatalk
