They're evil - I already filed a complaint with the OH AG with them. I got into a fight with the lady who called on behalf of the hospital that i filed HIPAA violation against. I told her I would speak with the hospital, not her. She said they were authorized to talk on behalf of the hospital. I said no, this is between me and the hospital. She said "Well, I WAS going to work with you on this, but since you're raising your voice (I wasn't I was at work with 2 cops in my office trying to do my job) I won't, and hung up on me.
