I signed up for Smart credit becausde I wanted to achieve B* & I was curious about my auto score was. Smart credit runs a disclamier that they sample all credit scores & make up their own, I guess they average it out from the 3 agencies.

In any event my auto score was 670 which what Smart credit considers a B-. I was really disapointed. I've never had any lates on the car loans &leases I have had dating back to my first lease in 1999. I have to loans showing on my reports. One closed & the open one matures next month.

Overall my reports are clean. I have one collection on EX that falls off in June, TU & EQ 100% clear. I have a long history & 23 open lines I have open balances on 8 of them 3 of them are like mainetnce charges, small charges to keep the lines open.

Why would my score be so low. My Insurance score was an A rating.

I'm currently car shopping now I know what I want I figured I wouldn't have any issue getting a loan though Penfed, ELFC or my local MCU.I wanted to get the loan first than go shopping. Now i'm not so sure if I should go ahead with it. Any thoughts would be helpfull.

I am unfamiliar with Smart Credit. You cannot purchase any version of an auto enhanced score from anyone.

Intresting. I wonder how they are selling this information than. I guess it's their own version than. They have scores for Auto check, insurance check & employer hireability check.

If it's not real than I guess i'm reading too much into it. I've attached a link of their site for your review. If I linked the right page, Scroll to the bottom of the page.
