I've Confused Myself

Is a charge off shown in the closed but non-negative category on my CRA actually negative? I'm looking back through my reports and only one CO (Paid) is reporting under closed and negative. The other two are under closed but not negative. I already sent in an email to Chase for these three TL's as they were previous companies Chase has now acquired, in hopes that they'd remove them. Did I just shoot myself in the foot by asking about these accounts?

what type of report are you looking at?

In this case it was from equifax. I received it after having disputed.
