The address you actual use! A UPS or those of type of addresses will just make it harder to get credit, those are flagged and make your business seem suspicious .

Any reason you don't want to use your address?

I use my home address as well. Have had no issues doing so.

I have always used my home address and never had any issues, yes it does help to have a real commercial address though.

If you really don't want to use your home address you need to find a really good virtual address (not Regus) that not many other businesses use because that is no better then then UPS at that point. Search locally like on Craigslist and when you find one google the address and see what companies show up at that address, if it is a lot of businesses just move on. Another trick is to go to local small businesses in the area and see if they will let you use their address for mailing purposes for a fee and you would be surprised at how many will.

This is also a a good business venture that is real easy to setup and run. Find a small local office and start your own virtual address and only take on so many clients.

I have seen small spaces in MA for a $200 a month for everything, so even if you only charged $60 per month for 12 clients you would be making about $500 in profit for very little work. You go in once a week and forward the mail.

You could just use your home as the physical business address and get a P.O. Box for your mailing and advertising needs. Its not uncommon to have a PO Box for the mailing address.

Thanks.

I use a physical address and a PO Box for my mailing needs and even put it that way on my DNB report. Actually it may give some the impression that your a bigger company then you really are since most large companies use a PO Box.

If people aren't they should be, you want to use the same physical address for everything and anything. Doesn't really matter where you list it yourself creditors and others just google what ever address you give them and it shows the area and they can tell if it's a commercial or residential area. First and best choice is a commercial property, then a residential address and then a virtual. I would never recommend a UPS store or anything like that. And apartment buildings are not always the greatest option either but would still pick it over a UPS store.
