On the collection that i intend to HIPPA,EX and EQ show it as PAID but TU shows it as open still. They were updated about 3 months ago after I paid the CA.My question is should I send TU the same letter as EX and EQ eventhough the collection has never been updated to PAID?I already opted out and deleted addresses. Please help soon so that i can move forward.Thanks.

If you paid the CA instead of the OC you have nullified ALL of the leverage you might have had with the HIPAA letter program.Central Financial Control agreed to remove 1 of the 2 paid collections that i have with them.I sent a simple GW letter and they admitted to not notifying me in the correct way.Im waiting for the delete to show on my CR before I HIPPA the other paid collection of $100.

You can TRY the initial dispute letter to the CRAs, but it may be useless because you paid the CA, thereby self validating the entry.

I paid the CA BEFORE I knew anything about the HIPPA program or any type of PFD or credit repair.I asked you in a different post about the HIPPA program and you said that I still should be able to have the paid med collection deleted with HIPPA.I wont use the program now since I know that my chances are very slim since I paid the CA.That is what I initially suspected from the research that Ive done before posting here. That is the information that I needed.Thank you for your time.

In the future FIND your original post and post any added comments or questions to THAT post. I have a pretty good memory for my age but I can't be expected to remember what you posted before or what my response was.1329577775[/url]' post='4627386']
