Getting out of a financing contract???Help!!!

Okay I dont think it is possible but does anyone know if there is a way I can get out of a contract for my car without having it go on my credit or without owing a bunch of money like just getting it repoed? From what my family is saying there is nothing I can do and I just have to deal with making payments for 3 more years but I want to get a bigger car (buy) and my credit isnt clean yet cause I am still in the SOL(1 year left). Is there any way to do this or should I just wait till my credit is clean and trade it in and deal with making payments on a car again?? Any advice helps

I didnt quite understand your post in reference to the "sol".

 

But if you currently have an automobile on which you are making payments, it is unlikely another bank will approve you for an additional automobile loan (unless your scores are rather high with commensurate income). You would need to trade the current auto in on your new vehicle of choice, and likely deal with larger monthly payments. And if you are in a position where you owe more than your trade is worth you may need some sort of a downpayment to offset the negative equity.

 

If you simply stop making payments on the vehicle, someone will come get it, and will undoubtedly show as a repossession on your credit files.
