Disputed 2 SLs, results due tomorrow, still "pending"

Just curious - I disputed two Nelnet SLs that were paid in 2007-8 but still say "120 days late" as pay status. EQ says the results are due by tomorrow and as of now it still says "pending".

 

What would happen if they didn't reply in time?

were they showing the paid status? A 120-late account that was paid does not lose its status as an account that was 120-late. One would expect the correct reporting in such an instance to show the line entry of PAID/WAS 120 Days late or similar notation.
