I applied for a Home Depot Commercial account last night, and got a call today confirming my application, and telling me I was approved. This is the net 30 account, and I got a $5000 limit (what I asked for).

How long have you been in business? We tried back in October and they asked for PG, decided to wait unil DNB improved a little more, LLC 07/09 and Been in business sine 2005, I think that's why they asked for us for a PG. Congrats!!!!!!!

We incorporated in 2006, and our D&B says 2006.

This is the FOURTH time I have applied for a Home Depot Commercial (net 30) account, so they seem to be picky.

 

Here's what I have on D&B, hopefully it will help someone:

16 TLs

$1k High TL

Average TL is around $500-$750

Revenue/sales is $1.1m

11 Employees

1R2 rating

 

When my new EX reports comes out I will check to see if they pulled. It will be a while before I can confirm if they used EQ, as I still haven't received my report I requested three weeks ago.

Just received approval for $15,000 from Home Depot.

 

Based on my conversation with the account manager they weigh their decision heavily on high credit. I currently have 11 tradelines w/ 3 reporting $50k. Not sure if the financial rating makes a difference but, I have a BA2 w/ annual sales of $3.7M.

 

Also, you will get a higher credit line if you go directly to the store vs online. Online they are typically capped between $500-$1000. Hopefully this helps.
