Actually you are the 9th person to tell me that this has happened. It is amazing how they continue to make this mistake. In all the other cases that I know of, they did nothing about it. They simply say that the wrong number may have been keyed in etc
It is not easy getting a person at Chexsystems on the phone but here is what one other person had told me in the past

The number is (800) 513-7125 and after you choose the option to hear the message in english, press option #7 and you WILL be connected to a live person. After you hit #7, you get a long message pertaining to if you have your report on hand, it then sounds like you might have been disconected, but you aren't, it rings and then you are connected.
