I have two entries on chex from 2005-2006 because I got hurt at work. Finances went to h#ll.

I requested chex to verify dates, amounts. They reported the following back within 30 days:

The disputed info submitted by bank #1 has been verified as accurate and complete as reported.
the source of info has requested that you contact (phone #) to obtain additional info.
blah, blah,blah----
chexsystems

That bank has all my acct info right but, ---- Reported for: NSF, --- Debt reported: CS has no debt info
available (huh) May we suggest that you contact the source of info to determine whether or not a debt is owed. (Isn't that what they were suppossed to be doing for the last 30 days)

This bank honored a check from a payday loan place that I couldn't pay back when I got hurt.
The bank even reported on my credit reports for this acct. checking accts dont go on CR's. (I don't think)

TU deleted it quick--Ex changed it to a paid collections-I'm fixing to go round and round with them.

Bank #2- chex didn't even mention them in the letter, just left reported info on file.

Reported For: NSF Original charge off amount: $336.44

I'm pretty sure that about 80% of that is returned check fees of some checks they didn't honor. That came in while I was hurt. I think They honored one for $50-$60 then rejected the rest and stacked on return check fees. I paid off the checks.

Anyway I might be wrong but it doesn't look like they verified anything to me. Should I dispute with chex again? dispute with the banks? or just ITS chexsystems.

your input would be valued

Tim
