I get the impression they don't, but can anyone who has dealt with them recently please confirm. And do you get full account privileges, like check card, etc.?
Opened checking with PenFed who pulled credit and then only allowed a limited account, meaning ATM only, multiple mistakes - wrong address, multiple errors in sending my ATM card/debit number..., Now made a $2,000 deposit on the 14th which they're holding until the 26th?!! The last error meant I couldn't withdraw at the ATM while in San Juan.

Any comments, feedback would be appreciated!

I am not certain if they pull credit or not but I can tell you that as long as you are eligible for membership, you will be just fine. As long as you are eligible you will not be denied an account.
