I wonder that exact same thing! I don't think it's the bank though, becuase I have filled out some apps that ask for bank reference seperate from trade reference. I just always put a couple of realtors who we get our work orders through. Maybe thats why I keep getting denied??? :?

like you have Sams as a trade refrence, or Nebs, or any body you do business with. Thats your Trade Reference.

That's what I thought but then with different postings of application info etc, I have seen some post trade reference and credit reference also.

All the apps I have seen ask for a contact person and phone number for the trade ref you list. Who would you put for contact at a place like Nebs or Sams??? I always thought they were looking for something more personal??? Maybe not.............

Wondered the same thing. Credit reference and trade reference. Sounds like the same thing, but have seen both. :?
