WAMu just closed our account, stating that their is info on us on ChexSystems. The only possible thing is that my hubby's Paypal account has a negative balance-he's been fighting this with them for awhile. Does Paypal report to Chex?

I've never heard of them reporting to Chex, but getting his Chex report would be the first thing to do to find out what's on there. I fax the form to Chex once a year for my free report and usually receive it within a week.
