Dental bill that was sent to collections and paid- how to remove???

I paid an dental bill that went to collections, unfortunately right after the 30 day period. It is approximately 2 years old now.

IT is with MHFS collection agency. I have read Psychdoc seminar etc. Just wondering if it is possible to get removed with polite persistence? This is how it shows...
