Dell gone from Experian

noticed i was 1 TL light and found that Dell was gone, Anyone else?

customer service of dell sucks , I paid by phone and the CSR i guess the didnt writte down the number of the account number or ABA number right and they charge me $29.99 because the payment was returned . and then I received a call from an offshore call center ( india of course) with a bad attitude CSR and he said he wil remove the charge of $29 if I pay in full. I refuse of course but will never do business again with this company. Customer Service for Dell sucks, I hope they havent ruin my corp credit.

Yup, well it's gone from one company but there for another. Score actually jumped 4 points to 98 and of course lost $10,000 TL.............

My score jumped from 87 to 90
