Started the whychat process and got a letter back from ex stating they where in the process of investigating blah,blah.

my ? is this, mailed letters on 7/03/08 cm

letters received on 7/04/08 eq and 7/09/08 ex

ex web site says results will be known on 8/20/08

but should'nt be more like 8/09/08

what should I do, if anything?

Be patient

Were you using a free report?? That gives them 45 days.

i was using a report they sent me after updating a dispute

im a little worried about giving them extra 10 + days

all 5 (paid) medical collections are all gone using your pre hippa letter .

my suggestions to others is read your process over and over and over,

until you get an understanding of how it work's.any missed steps could

mess things up .again thanks
