First, I'm a newbie and would just like to thank all the regular posters and mods for a great forum and all the great info available here. I've lurked for more than a month and have implemented the advice given here.

Now for my question and some background. I have sent the HIPAA letter per Whychat's advice to OC. I used insert (a), paid in full. Green card received, payment has been deposited. A month has passed. CA is still reporting on all 3 CR's.

I guess the next move is to send the Dispute letter to the CRA's along with the copys and cover letter to OC.

Does this look correct so far? Am I rushing things to much? One problem i'm having is obtaining a mailing address for exp. Is there a link that gives addresses for disputes to cra's? I have addy's for the other 2, but exp seems to be the oddball.

I would appreciate any input and advice. Again, thanks for a great collection of info.

I'll go back to lurking and learning now. :)

You forgot the FIRST STEP which is the "pre" dispute letter to the CRA, you may have wasted your $$.

Sorry for slow response. I switched to Iexplorer and can now reply.

I agree I made a mistake not sending the pre-hipaa dispute letter. Lesson learned.

The green card and deposit have been received and made by OC.

The second letter and cover have been sent to OC.

Since I have available at this time only one recent report with file # from TU, I sent the letter to them.

In the meantime, the CA has now reported to TU as a paid collection.

Do I now wait and see if it is deleted in the next 30 days or is there something else to try?

I haven't received any correspondence from OC. The cover letter and copies were delivered 7/14.

Would sending a pre-hipaa to EX and EQ now do any good now? or should I send them the second hipaa letter as soon as I pull fresh reports from them?

I pulled all 3 thru FICO but could only find a report number on the TU report. I guess I'll have to pull thru the EX and EQ sites to get them.

Thanks for you help and advice. Very much appreciated.
