Ugh. I am still mad at them.

 

Never got a car from them...they ticked me off halfway through the application. I asked them a question about it (it was for a company vehicle) and found out that they won't do anything but personal loans. The guy took my halfway done application with him to submit my question to someone else, then came back and told me they won't do it unless I go with a personal loan. I took my application and left. i am guessing they made a copy of my halfway done application.

 

I pulled my credit report recently and found MULTIPLE hard pulls on my CR. I didn't authorize it and only filled out half the application, which I felt was in my possession for a reason. The jerks made a copy of my unsigned application or SOMETHING. I was very specific in my request and when I was told they coulnd't help me, I said to forget it and left.

 

They called repeatedly at my work, cell, home trying to get me to buy with a personal loan. I wanted a car for my business...and told them over and over. They got pushy.

 

If I were smart, I would have never set foot in there. If I were smarter, I would have checked my report to see if they did any pulls...but assumed they wouldn't so I didn't.

Eastern's is one step above "buy here pay here"... Use a real dealership and a real bank.

they seem like the last resort for me. i have not done anything with them. but here is my story dealing with BS from dealerships.

have you tried looking online and applying for a loan that way.. or going to a dealership with "special financing" I know your tired of Dealers but other than buying out right. they are probably going to be your only option... after my BK I had scores that were alot worse than yours and got financed.

only one dealer said they could finance me for kia or hyundai at 20%to24% i said no to that.

my car after BK was with Cap 1.. has any tried americredit... have you thought about just going with the kia or hyundai, for a year or 2 just until your TL's get built back up...no one says that you have to keep it, then maybe you can get into something else after...honestly your scores right now are better than mine at the moment.. and I just refinanced thru my credit union... but I had a car payment history. Something to think about....

Yes they tried americredit. i really dont want a kia or hyundai but iam thinking about it.
