Equifax - Medical Collection

Hello Everybody, I have a question that has been bugging me for quite some time. Equifax is reporting a Medical collection for $37. Take a look at this:

The collection agency "605yc00000" was hired to collect a debt of $44 originally owed to "Not Reported" on account number "XXXXXXXXX0905".

Pretty messed up, huh ? I tried disputing with Equifax and they confirmed that the reporting was accurate. What a joke.

 

I'd love to DV the CA or use the HIPPA process to eliminate this, but as you can see I have no clue who the CA is.

 

44 Bucks and it is tanking my score substantially.

 

Any thoughts ?

Try working with reports that come directly from Equifax, they should have a little more information. If you have disputed this account before the information you are looking for is usually on the first page.
