I have a couple of medical bills that are being reported on my report - one as unpaid the other as paid. Before I found CB, I disputed them (along with other disputes) with the CRA, in March and they were not responded to.

We filed CH 13 BK in 1/2004. We paid off our BK early and it was discharged in3/2007. One CRA reported in 11/2004 and one reported in 4/2004. Both of these accounts were included in the BK.

I'm not sure whether to now dispute using Whychat's HIPAA process or if I should write a letter to the CA stating a violation of the bk stay or dispute with the CRA stating it wasn't validated.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated - The more I read the more confused I seem to be getting

Would like to send letters Monday but I'm not sure which way to go.

Thanks!

If you wish to get these deleted from your reports then opt out, get old addresses deleted if possible and send ANY CRA that is reporting ANY medical account of ANY kind, paid unpaid IIB or not this: ( follow the directions)

Thank you Wy Chat!

Sorry to repeat a question you get asked over and over.

From here on out I'm strictly following your advice and not questioning everything I do.
