This is yet another medical bill on my record.

This one dates from December 2001 when I had surgery. I also lost my job a week before the surgery but I was covered by COBRA. However, the bill was not paid. I don't know what to do about this one because I did indeed pay for COBRA insurance.

How do I fix this situation? I either need to get it paid by the insurance company or get it off my record - or both - but how?

Another one too old for the medical dispute letter, you can add it to your dispute on your mother's nursing home bill, just pluralize the letter and list the 2 accounts.
