Anyone have a good number for HSBC?

I've already got 1-800-975-4722 and 716-841-6595 however what I don't have is the ability to reach someone who can understand and answer a question re: interest payments on the unsubsidized amount of loans.

 

Figured I'd try here for anyone who's been through the HSBC dance \

ok, but you need to indicate it is for a student loan contact. HSBC is HUGE. card side I have numbers. SL I don't. good luck!

The Terry Rowe contact info provided above got me what I needed. I got an assistant in the President's office but I explained my situation and how a) I thought HSBC was wrong (they were) and I couldn't even get a call back {I wasn't sure I was right, but I couldn't even get an answer). She stayed on the line with me until she got me a human in the Education Loans section (~2-3 minutes) and it was all resolved in about 10 min.

 

I did follow up with a nice thank you note via PFB, which was acknowledged both from the President's office and from the Premier Client Service Manager at my local branch, where I hold a checking account.
