Best Lines of Credit/ Personal Loans

Eq and TU will be in the mid 700s with 1 and 3 inquiries respectively once a few cards update payments. Utilization is under 5%. Credit history about 12 years with several cards at $15-20,000 limits. Income very low 6 figures.

 

Lets not talk about inquiries on Exp.

 

Anyways, as someone who is able to beat interest rather handily with money I have in hand, I would like to secure several lines of credit or personal loans. I would use these and pay them off in full often. (Basically whenver I need good credit)

 

Who checks TU or EQ (TU is better) and offers loans/ lines of credit in the $20,000+ range? I am going to try Penfed and Patelco, but any other advice would be great. I'd like to grab 3 or 4.

 

I can't use BOA or MBNA as my Exp has something like 40 inquiries....

 

Thanks a bunch in advance... If you know how inquiry sensitive they are that would be appreciated so I can apply in the right order.
