I am having the same problem with CBCS, they keep verifying but no sesponse from a PFD or a DV, I tried Pre hippa letters to TU and on 2nd letter got a frivolous letter and am steeming mad, CBCS has updated every month like clock work for 18 months now.

 

 

My next step is to sue TU i think.
