I have several bills fromt he birth of my daughter 1 1/2 years ago. Most appeared on my CR soon after - I was unable to pay right away. SO i have 3 on my reports. I also have 2-3 due to the hsopital themselves that are LARGE and NOT on my reports. I know all these are valid and want to pay them all HOWEVEr I just wonder do I pay the ones that ARE on my report first (these are listed by the CA and I would use HIPPA and pay the OC) in hopes of getting them off the rport completely. OR do I pay the larger ones first to AVOID them going on my report? Anyone? I have moved several times since the bills first came and haven't heard anything from the hospital in almost a year (since move #1). The ones that ARE on my report are all at the same ca. I just wonder why the hospital hasn't contacted me (knocking on wood) I know they have my insurance info and could get my current addy, maybe written off? I DO want to pay all of these... advise? It is possible that the Hospital has written off your "big" charges under a State program for childbirth, or they accepted your insurance as payment in full.

Send the CRA's the medical dispute letter( linked in the top section of the HIPAA letter program) from my website. IF, the accounts are properly verified, pay them with the HIPAA letter ( insert "a" ) to the OC.

Make sure you have opted out and deleted any old addresses BEFORE doing anything.

If you wind up not having to pay anything, start a College fund for your daughter with the $$.

as always your advice is much appreciaqted. Now as for the "large" charges which are NOT on my report, just wait and see if they ever show up? Or just pay them as well
