I'm looking to purchase a new van (Honda) next year.

I currently have 2 CO's on my CR--the dealer will be using TU

These CO's are paid CO's.

 

Total picture is this:

 

FAKO 589

2 pd CO's

1 CA acct (unpaid)

Income: $60k annually

Debt: Mortgage pmt $970

Revolving Debt: < $1k balance

 

How do the CO's and the 1 CA affect the decision?

Don't matter who the dealer uses or what the dealer thinks.

 

Only matters is what the SELECTED LENDER to which your indirect application is submitted to thinks.

 

Do you know who that will be?

Can you generally describe the paid CO's without personal identifying information?

 

And tell me more about the CA?

the 2 CO's are very small amounts ($235 and $266) and are from catalog order companies.

 

the CA is for an oral surgeon bill of $257. I'm currently disputing and DV'ing this TL and think it may fall off.

 

Let me know if you need more info than I have provided.

Well the CA will show as medical data or supposed to. I would ignore that one. The CO's will show paid.

 

Depending on your actual auto enhanced socre when you actually make the application I would predict approval of some sort.

 

If next year you have plenty of time to make your score rise.

I am going to DV the CA again to get it removed. That should help my score.

Also, I will have a Patelco Classic Visa CL $2,500 reporting soon, I'll take and initial dip but then rebound and that should help my score as well.

 

My current credit picture looks like this:

Any ideas on how to get this looking better so I won't sweat it while they do their pulls?
