Can someone help me out please?

Hi, I've written my woes about his problem before and have tried the HIPPA letters with no resolution. The CA is reporting paid collections on my spouses reports, these were paid directly to the OC by payroll deduct from me, I am a nurse at the hospital in question. The only thing they have done is put a notation on his reports that says these were payroll deductable, can they do that? Since technically they did not deduct from his checks but mine. What is my next step? There are a total of three colections, and they are all paid but it still hurts his scores and I want them off as they never should have been reported in the first place. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Have you tried the medical dispute letter?

 

It is new, since FACTA and is at the very bottom of the HIPAA letter page.

Actually I have not sent that yet, just wanted to verify that was my next step. I will be sending that out tomorrow, thank you!

Well, just updating I did not send off the CRA dispute until today, will keep my fingers crossed.

This is very frustrating since I work here, normally I could be a little edgier when dealing with the OC but in this case no, I have to be sugary sweet.

I still think the fact that they ever reported payroll deducted is unfair and not right. But I guess I will deal with that later if I must.

Interestingly I recently transferred to the department that has the HIPPA team in it, I'm still waiting for them to ask me about this.
