I really need to reach someone higher up on the totem pole at American Express. I need help, please. There is a lot riding on me reaching the right people.

 

I am especially interested in anyone in the legal dept.

Hmm... all I've found so far are attorneys that have represented Amex in class action suits. Do you want one of those? And there's at least one rather notable gripe site that might have some info for you, or at least some people who may be able to get you some names. Not sure if it's ok to post it, so I'll PM it for now.

ughhh it is safe to call them and they can give you that information (if i remember correctly it does exist - i believe if they search under cardmember correspondence it will pull up the address for the legal department) just call the internet dept and they can transfer you or provide that info for you - 1800 axp 1234
