Loophole = NO PERSONAL GUARANTEE = Don't check your personal credit = People with personal credit issues could get a business credit card.

 

No Loophole = Everything is verified = They check your personal credit = Unless you have strong personal credit = No business credit cards.

 

Pretty simple, eh?

 

He has a point.. For smaller companies if you personally have bad credit and a history of defaults then your at a higher risk of defaulting on your business accounts then some one with good personal credit. Did the banks know this before the collapse? Of course but they didn't care to much but now they have to care. This is why larger businesses with a good amount of employees are more likely to obtain credit with no personal gurantee, they have a lot more to lose if they were to use company credit for personal reasons and default. Of course it can and still happens with them but far less then small companies.

 

As for what Alplouis said I think a lot of what was said on this thread needed to be said and cleared up.. Don't admit to fudging stuff on a public forum, that will only make it harder for every one trying to obtain credit.

 

And of course you can get under writers to over look certain things but when you come on here and admit that you lied to them then guess what you will see stop real quick.

I think I was the last person I have heard about on here. I'm sure a few other people could get approved on here but maybe just not applied yet. You plan on applying?
