Thanks!

I really want the particular card. After housing, my biggest spend is supermarket. I guess my priorities are just in order like that.

My breakeven point for cash back vs. annual fee would be under three months.

Thanks... I already have owned the house for 12 years, and am trying to pay it off ASAP. Thus the big payments.

The payment is monthly, and already fairly large as a percent of my income, yes. Then I usually send in an extra principal payment too. I can't wait for it to be paid off.

You should look into paying Bi-Weekly this will shave some time off.

My lender is pretty mean. <_< I am afraid they would screw that up. I don't have too much longer, anyway.

Lol. They didn't tell me which years to fill in on line 9. I'll have to call. Maybe I'll get canceled for not filing 2011 early.

You haven't filed 2011 yet???!!!

Thanks Mr. Media.

I'm always raring to file. My husband is the slacker. He has business paperwork, but I'm just a W-2 employee.

Which is another thing. I think that was the reason it got fooled up the last time, because that was back when they still asked for HHI on the application. Now it just asks for individual, so I put my own W-2 from 2010 (2011 was higher, but I knew this might happen). But I hope they know the W-2 amount is just mine.
