What is my next step?

TransUnion deleted

Experian confirmed

Equifax confirmed.

Just for some more info, DOFD is 10/08 and the amount is $123.

What do I do next?

The next step is the medical DV( 1 for Eq and 1 for Ex in the same envelope)

http://www.whychat.5...cavalhipaa.html

followed by the follow up letter to the 2 CRAs

http://www.whychat.5...aa.html#DISPUTE

When I send out the follow up letter to the 2 CRAs, do I do it in the same style as the first letter? (Watermark background with font color as same color family as watermark?)

NO. only the INITIAL letter is done that way, all further correspondence must be properly typed and "courtroom ready"

Ok, thanks. Typing the letters now and have one final question before I mail off the follow up letter to the 2 CRAs. in the 2nd link above, it says:

"I have disputed this unknown medical account with the reporting Collection Agent,( copy enclosed with proof of their receipt),"

Now do I include just that green CMRR form that i got in the mail or do I include the letter along with the green receipt?

Also do I write "Collection Agent" or the name of the collection agency?

You include a COPY of the letter and a COPY of the SIGNED green form and you write the NAME of the CA AFTER "Collection Agent"

Leave it alone for a while-- 3-4 Months unless you MUST get it off your reports for a refi or new mortgage.

If you MUST get it off your reports, you can pay the OC with the HIPAA letter insert "a"

http://www.whychat.5u.com/hipltr.html

I don't have to have it off anytime soon. Just curious, what will leaving it alone for 3-4 months do?
