My TU report is nearly clean with the only baddies being two IIB's and the BK itself reporting. EQ and EX still has several more IIB's and a paid state tax lien. While I'm fighting to clean EQ and EX how likely is it that a creditor will push information to TU? For example, they respond to dispute and verify but push info to all 3 CRA's, not just to the CRA requesting dispute response.

The last thing I want to do is add more baddies to TU while fixing the other two.

If a CRA delete's the item during a dispute I am not sure...YMMV.

I have had IIB accounts deleted on EQ and then disputed them with the creditors because of incorrect reporting.

For example one, I went to the CFPB on one because they are being very defiant on Post-BK reporting.

Long story short, in their response - they agreed to fix on the remaining two CRA's they are on and that they sent the updates already. In their response they stated "We have sent updates to TU and EX....etc..and your accounts have been suppressed or removed from EQ as a result of your direct dispute with them so we are unable to update them"

I found that statement to be very interesting, this happened with 2 different companies for a total of 4 accounts. During one of my disputes EQ came back with all 4 as deleted - not sure if they got tired of me repeated disputing them or not.

But I said all that to say - in my case when these creditors sent updates to TU and EX they could not with EQ because EQ deemed them deletable. So I am guessing for whatever reason you got these IIB's off the other bureaus, if they update as a result of a recent dispute it won't pop back up on the already deleted bureau.

Aha... so once deleted always deleted.

I will have to look at my report archives, I don't think I disputed a lot of them. They were either never there or went away on their own. I did dispute many though.

In cleaning my reports TU has been the easiest... too bad most creditors in my area are infatuated with EQ.

Haha - Polar Opposites.

EQ has been my easiest, and TU is all the rave in my area (I live about 5 miles from their headquarters). The only luck I have had with TU is walking in and going to the "walk-in" area and explaining and showing documents face to face to show why it is wrong.
