  1. Just opened an account at US Bank today in Tempe, AZ free standing branch. I previously had a couple Chex entries and got all but one removed with a simple not mine dispute and called US Bank today asking if I could open an account with a NSF chex entry from 2 years ago and they told me to come in. Sure thing new account no problem. US Bank seems to be good to go!
  2. what second chance ones are available there with an EWS report??
  3. Nope no new job, they didn't ask when I was getting out of the military and I didn't see a need to tell them. I recommend you do the same!
  4. I opened an account at Compass last week and now found out it has been closed, I'm assuming due to EWS I haven't got the letter yet. Still need an account in AZ asap, let me know if you know of anything Thanks
  5. Any long as he is still in when the loan closes it shouldn't be a problem. I just closed on a VA loan with BOA and am getting out of the Marines in less than 1 month
  6. Mine was closed ASAP, never even showed up online (I have a BOA Credit Card)
  7. Try the BBB route, I just had the same thing happen with Midland, I filed a BBB complaint online, had to fax an authorization thing to the BBB and about 2-3 weeks later (yesterday) The BBB sent me a reply from Midland (basically, umm oh yeah we do have to validate, if we can we will send to you) And today Midland off CRA
  8. Does it matter if I am going the FHA route as the rates should be pretty much the same shouldn't they??
  9. That is exactly what I am worried about - I'm thinking I should just apply for a mortgage with one or two big banks instead of using a broker.......Then I'll know how many INQ I am gonna get
  10. https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm Here is the website you can search for the condo complex on
  11. Yes I know the FHA doesn't require collections or charge-offs to be paid to get a loan, but have heard some banks require you to or require collections over a certain amount to be paid. Just wondering if anyone knows any that do or don't for sure
  12. What are the pros/cons of using a mortgage broker as opposed to just going to Bank of America and Wells Fargo for example and applying directly with them???
