  1. Hi All, Mine also updated this morning, last # are 56. I DD my tax refund and assumed my date was MAy 9. This morning it says Your payment of XXXX.XX is scheduled to be issued on MAy 16, 2008. If you do not recieve your check by June 13, please contact us again. We are unable to take any action untill then. Does this mean DD or paper check...I'm a little confused!! It does not mention DD at all!

  4. I called at about 5:45pm EST to set up my account, Joyce told me that thier system was down!
  5. ok, When I applied I asked for 15,000 and got approved for 12,500 this morning. I had to call and set up an account which I faxed over the application this afternoon including a copy of my drivers licence. I spoke to a woman by the name of Joyce. I called her about 1/2hr after I faxed the papers over to make sure she got them and she did. She asked me to call her back this evening so i chould set up the account and deposit $ into a savings account, well i just got off the phone with Joyce and she can't do it tonight that thier system is down , after she said that she asked me how it was I heard about them, I told them a friend reffered me to thier site and to check into what they had to offer and if I wanted to join to sign up with NSA. She said OH, and then asked me for a call back # and she will get back to me tommarrow.
  6. Thanks for the replys, I am refinancing with H&R Block(Option One)my current lender, I got a few other quotes before this and they were both quoting me a higher rate with points..thought that this was the best !!!

Hi all, A little info, I have a BK from 2003(have reistablished credit since, no lates at all), current mortgage balance is $108800,(paid $110,000 in 2004) which is a 80/20 rate on 80% will go up to 9.99 on Oct 1(currently 6.99)20% fixed at 11.99 30 yrs.I want to refinance and got this from my current mortgage holder. Apprasil came back at $145,000 Refinance $116,000 No PMI 6.9% 30yr fixed No points $300 apprasil (will get this back due to promotion) $695 lenders fee $65 $25 $50 $650 attorneys fees $75 title $100 doc fees $280 title insurance prepaid interest 11 days $240.99 Haz $120 for 2 mo. $474 for 11/1 payment of property taxes I will get about $4000 back for a few home repairs.   10. Hi all, My 2 yr prepay penalty will be up in August. I currenty have an 80/20 loan, balance on the loans are as follows 80%- around $86000 and 20% about $21500. The 80% has the 2yr prepayment penalty. My current interest rates are 6.99% on the 80% and 11.99% on the 20%. I got this mortgage in August of 2004 with just 1 yr out of bankruptcy.I purchased the house for $110,000 and currently Zillow is saying it would be about $127,000. My current fico scores are: trans 630 exp 635 eq 638. I have no lates on any of my accounts in the last 3 yrs. Can anyone suggest as how I would make out come August? Oh, also would it be possible to pull out about $10,000 for vinyl siding and a few other repairs? Thanks

  12. Good morning all, I am an advid reader and do not post often,so bare with me. I efiled my taxes on 2/4 and the IRS accepted it on 2/5 , I checked the "Wheres my Refund" site this morning and there is a delay in processing. Deanna & Lighthouse84, I see you also have the same problem. When you spoke to someone at the IRS did they give you an answer as to whyit is being delayed? I do know with my state tax that I had to mail it ( It was rejected when I efiled due to name)I was married in 2005 and I guess the system did not recognize my new married name even though I had my Social Security card changed. Deanna or Lighthouse84 were either of you married in 2005 and this could be your problem also?
  13. Well I called my broker on 7/12 (was on vaction ,couldn't call sooner)and got the good news that afternoon that I have been pre-appoved for $115000 . The pre-approval letter was faxed to a realtor in whiched she recommended 2 days ago(buyers agent) so its off to house shopping for me !!! (there is hope after BK). Hi all, I have been lurking since Feb 2004 thanks to another boards advice. A little history of myself, I filed BK(divorced) in Mar 2003,discharged Jul 2003. I want to buy a house for my 2 kids so I started on my credit repair journey in Feb 2004. I make $32000 a year, have a Cap1 card with $300 limit and my truck loan will be paid off in 2 months(that is it). I contacted a mortgage co. in Feb and was told all my credit scores were in the middle 500's,she gave me advice to dispute as alot of accounts were still saying "charge off". I took her advice and have been disputeing since. She said once my middle score got to 600 she could "offer" me 100% financing(is this true)?Well today I was very curious if my score raised any since so I went to myfico.com and purchased 3 reports with FICO. Guess What Transunion 605, Experian 590 and Equifax 622.. . I was so happy I could have cried. Now is what she telling me true? She is from a well known mortgage co(wasn't sure if I could post name).
