Applied in the store on 9/8/06, told them I would not give them ss#, just use my Fed ID business number - got approved instantly for $9,000.

I got a $10,000 AMEX LOC on 7/15/07 and a $25,000 CapOne LOC on 8/13/07 - fico around 650, in business 4 1/2 years. Not sure how I was so lucky!

Same thing happened to me 6 months ago and I took it. Just 2 weeks ago I applied for their Amex line of credit - got it yesterday at $10,000 limit. Today when I went to activate it online, they said I was also pre-approved for BLUE by Amex, 4.99 on any balance transfers I want to give them in 1st 90 days - 4.99 for life! So 6 months ago I had no AMEX, now I have 3 lines open with them. Go for it Philly!! Tom

I was denied in June, told they pulled both personal & business and personal had to be in mid 600! Are you telling me personal isn't pulled but reported only if late, that is why they need your SS#? Tom

They ask for your social security number in the online app - I thought they didn't pull personal? Please advise. Tom

What does this mean (not good I'm assuming). The alert says "Risk of Late Payment Change" But at the top it says I have no Paydex score yet.....huh? Help me become "unconfused" and how do you people know your paydex scores? Thanks! Tom

Nicely done. I'm confused as to the timing; did you backtrack and apply for Staples, OD, OM etc as biz credit after 1)Quill, etc. Net 30s or before? Yes, my first credit card was Staples. After I got Staples (which is still not reporting on DnB), I back-tracked and did it the "right way:" I got the three Net 30 accounts, following by all other tradelines. Because of contributors like you people, I just got a $10,000 HDMC & $5,000 CitiBusiness Card. Now today, I got an invite to a Home Depot Commercial Account Credit Line and got approved for $7,500!!!! You guys/gals ROCK! Keep telling me about where I can get MORE accounts! (Got Dell & Staples already!)

This board ROCKS! I have been in business 3 years but never used business credit always personal credit until I found this board! Don't wait, keep esablishing credit NOW! I just received (today!) my HDMC for a $10,000 limit! I asked for $25,000, they said I only had 1 inquiry on my D&B, so credit was too new. Experian score is 79 and I do have a DUNS number esablished. Any suggestions on whom to go after next? Tom
