It is a few apparently(they where mailing to old address) some where a few years some as recent as 2 months ago. I can still pull them up online on ezpass website

bump. I know if you call ezpass before it goes to collections they make you just pay the toll fee. and waive the fine. any way I could achieve this now? thanks again!

hi guys just received a call from ca allied calling on a debt from ezpass for my wife she had some ezpass violations from some time ago. they where mailing these notices to an old address. ezpass claims I need to deal with allied. what is by best approach with this one? thanks in advance for the help once again.

she prob. payed it. I had a similar experiance the collection agency for libraries they claim they dont even accept payments. they tell you to go pay the actual library then after 12 months once paid it falls off. just for the record they can be fought don't forget they are reporting on your cr so fight em. (they can be tough though) good luck!

hi guys you guys are always very helpful and I want to thank you all in advance. that said I always make sure before my statements print to bring my balance low for a low utilization. I always every month pif now last month I had a few accounts close with very high utilization(my mistake I am human I miscalculated) my question is how long will it take to rectify(by pif before statements print) thank you

wow this sounds like some small basement collection agency I would open a bbb complaint and maybe worth shooting off a second dv (send cmrrr) stating this does not show I owe this debt there is no contractual obligation on my behalf.... seems like this mght be hard to fight being that this guy seems small and board....good luck

yes I opened this card too it is a great one they report right away to all 3 cra they DO NOT HARD PULL here is the link to apply to there new card. great secure card hope this helps

hi why didn't you just open a secure credit card directly and skip this step from my experience MOST banks do not do a hard pull for secured cards. I applied for THIS CARD and din not get any hard credit pulls.

hi thank you so much for your reply I am in NJ and alleged account was in NJ but I do not know the dates for the sol. Does a checking account bare the same sol as a credit card? so either way I need to wait till they respond to my original dv, or am I in a better position to negotiate now that they wont put it on to my credit, then after they report it? thanks

I just received the green card back today. if anyone can be good enough to tell me my next step if they respond with debt validation that would be greatly appreciated. thanks
