  1. CBE Group is the CA The letter from my state states that the school seized the tax refund. In arizona they can seize (Adjusted) your refund if you owe any money to any state agency (public school) It doesn't look like the CA owns the debt, it appears they may only be servicing the debt I'm sending a DV to the CA , and we will see if they go away I also sent a payment to the OC, to see if they will take payments on this
  2. No its not a federal student loan, or any student loan, I owe the local community college directly, they have been seizing my state tax returns for at least 3-4 years. I didn't withdraw from some classes ~ 4 years ago, so I have this debt I owed the School. Since its a state agency here in arizona they can go after state refund. The Problem I'm having is it appears they seized the refund after they sold the debt to a collection agency.
  3. The OC is the school, so they can seize my state tax return. and have been doing so for a number of years. I got a notice from the CA on Feb 9th, I was going to send a DV to them because I knew my tax refund has been seized I got a notice dated Feb13th from the state saying that the school seized my tax return Should I DV the Ca. and try to do a payment plan with the OC?
  4. Do you think it will be hard to get a No Ratio Loan 80/20 I/O with a middle fico of 747? Also how many months reserves is the standard rule of thumb on No Ratio? We are looking to purchase 310K home in AZ.

    End Loans

I want to know about these loans too... I've heard you could lock-in rates for a long period if you pay 1 or 2 points for the rate lock.
