  1. IMO, the $5 or so for a CMRRR doesn't represent a postage COST, but instead is a payment on an INSURANCE PREMIUM to ensue that you have the documentation trail you want in case you ever need legal proof. I pay regularly insurance premiums of several other kinds, hoping that I never need the benefits. my 2 cents. Thought.
  2. Congrats to YOU on the Mortgage! And Congrats to HIM on having YOU for a fiance!
  3. I just got EX and TU via the BDs with no problem. As soon as I finish this post, I'm looking forward to comparing item-by-item with the Hard Copies I got last week and the CCMP I get daily. I'm only going to abuse the links this once to get the side-by-side comparison that I've wondered about. If anyone gets interested, I'll summarize and share the results. HOWEVER, on EQ, I got down to the last screen, and it said in part: I'm due for my free report in a couple of months, and I think I'll see some dispute results by then, so I'll hold off on this back door request if we think what they said ^^^ is true. But I'm thinking that since I made the request because of employment turndown (true) then it doesn't affect my rights to an annual free report. Does anyone agree with that assessment, even though the EQ website says the opposite? edited for clarity
  4. Wow! I never even "THOUGHT" of each late on an account as a separate "Baddie"! Yikes, I'd be worse off than I "thought", haha. I was just considering one TL with one or more lates as one "Baddie." But I'm glad I asked! Thought
  5. ...posting/thread and I'd like to count up my number of baddies the same as everyone else here does. How about the ones that are listed as "Potentially negative items or items for further review" on EX, for example. We call each of those a "baddie", yes/no? Sorry, it's the engineer in me....always looking for a rigorous answer! I want to make one of those siggys where I count down the baddies. Thought
  6. Cool-a-rama! A definitive answer! Gee, how rare that is in this day and age (Except for in CB, of course ) TY!
  7. Well said, Fred. OK, Fredrica. And after it shows up on your list under "My Account", each day you go to view the report, then click "Refresh the report". I still laugh at myself that I looked at the same day's report for a WEEK not knowing I had to refresh, haha. Thought
  8. Anyone know what day Target Visa reports? What day of the month? or, What day of the billing cycle? All 4 of my hardcopy reports just say "July 2010." I'm trying to see if I can finesse getting a better Util by paying before the report, yet without raising a "Two Time a Month Payer" flag. Thought. p.s. Yeah, I know...I worry too much!
  9. I, myself, sent NO proof to all three CRAs. For EQ, they removed everything I asked for, including addresses that were tied to positive TLs. EX and TU I did later, and the Greenie says they only got it 2 days ago, so, it's not enough time to se results. But all I said for most of them, is, "I have never lived at this address." Two were the ex's new adresses, one was just a badly mangled combination of the wrong street in the wrong city. Hope this helps, Thought.
  10. Bump because I'm interested in what the answer is
  11. WooHoo! Yet another thing where I'm Below Average. . . but i LIKE this one!
  12. Hillbilly's movin' on up! (Movin' on up!) To the Upstate side! To a Dee-lux apartment In the sky!! many congrats!
  13. Quick update on this golden oldie link #11 about National City (now PNC) secured card: I called the number about 5 minutes ago. The very nice lady on the phone took about a minute to research and said that they don't have applications to send out, but that one may apply over the phone or at a branch. So, I'm not 100% sure she's right, but I AM 100% sure that's what she said!
  14. The most important thing in life is sincerity. Once you can fake that, you got it made.
  15. Ummm, the last time you paid on this account is it 4 months in the future from now? Seems unusual.
