  1. I hope not! The information in the mailer I recieved said there will be no annual fee.
  2. I just got mine in the mail this morning. I'm in the DFW (TX) area.
  3. Thanks
  4. Op...i believe you just answered your own question.
  5. EOS-CCA is not bonded to collect in TX. This is why I want them to kick rocks while i pay AT&T directly. The only thing is, i'm trying to pay down 3800 clams in utilization.
  6. bump....Anybody try this?
  7. Thanks Breeze. Only the CA is reporting at the moment. Do you think if I DV them, I can just pay AT&T in installments? The amount is small but most of my repair budget is going towards utilization.
  8. Sorry if this has been discussed already, but here goes. I have Eos-cca listed on my reports collecting an AT&T bill from 2009. I sent an e-mail to the office of the ceo of AT&T. A nice lady called me and said there is nothing she can do unless I pay in full, then maybe they can call the debt back from the CA. Here's my question. Since AT&T still basically owns the debt, would it be possible to make partial payments and TX dv the ca since they have no business attempting to collect from me anyway? I'm worried about another ca being recruited to collect. By the way, this is my first post even though i'v been lurking for quite a while. Thank you to my new TX family, I'v got quite a lot of work done thanks to you guys and gals
  9. I founding this site lurking through another credit discussion site.
