I just got a 4 year old charge off deleted with a balance of $14,735. This will decrease my overall outstanding debt on my CR's.
How will this affect my score?

More importantly, what method did you use to have it deleted?

It's a line of credit I had with Beneficial HFC. I did an online dispute indicating the balance was wrong and to check the terms of the account.
EQ deleted it after an investigation and I noticed it was gone from EX too. I just disputed it with TU last night and i am hoping I get the same results.

Mine is with the same OC and was 6 years ago, so I disputed as not mine/ obsolete. Hoping get the same results!
