Some helpful tips:
- Your post may not get a reply right away. Don't be discouraged, this is a very busy board. If it falls off of the first page, feel free to reply to your post yourself, with the word "bump" in the text. This will *bump* your post back up to the top of the board.
- If you haven't yet, take a peek at The CB's Newbie Section Everything that you need to know is in that forum, for the most part! It's a lot of reading, we know, but this credit stuff can have a steep learning curve. In no time, you'll be posting like the pros!
- This is also a good place to start for Business Credit Newbies
- If you find that someone is discourteous to you, use the REPORT button at the bottom of every post - that will ensure that a moderator or admin looks at the post and decides if it is against the CB's TOS
- Off -topic posts should go in the fun place known as the CB General Forum
Finally, this thread will explain our position on Solicitations and Advertising
We do not allow solicitation or advertising on any forum on creditboards, including the business forum.
Again, welcome to the CreditBoards family!

So you want to charge customers for reporting their payment history? I have never heard of such a thing. The costs associated with pulling/reporting credit is considered part of operating expenses and is not something businesses bill directly for. Do you pay your creditors for reporting your payment history?
I would be appalled if all of our Net 30 and Revolving Accounts started to send us bills for reporting our payment history to credit bureaus.
Not to be rude, but this seems unethical. Credit reporting is not something you should be directly billing customers for, without customers (business or consumer) you wouldn't have anything. You say there are people wanting to pay for this, but I find that hard to believe....

Will also get you flagged if DNB finds how who you are.. I would keep that on the down and low!

I agree with this sentiment. I can't imagine what I'd do as a customer if I looked at my invoice and saw a line:
Tradeline Reporting..........$XX.XX
If you simply let your customers know you're reporting payment experiences, then you benefit from hopefully more timely payments if they know it could adversely affect their business credit.
