I requested CLI for my chase freedom and it is still pending for almost 4 days. Everytime I call customer service, they say it is still pending and credit analyst will review the request.

Note: I froze my EX and TU to prevent them from pulling them and I forgot to feeze EQ. They pulled EQ 2 days after I requested for CLI. I am so pissed off now because I have hard inq on EQ and I still don't know if I will get CLI or not.

Does that mean they will reject my request? my CLI request was from 5K to 15K. My FICO is over 750 and I use the card on daily basis (3 to 4 transactions daily) and PIF

They had to pull a INQ either way, they will not review without pulling a hard report.

How long does it take them to review the request? They keep saying pending.

We are here to share our experience. If you have never delt with Chase, then you won't be able to answer my question.

There's a number for chase analysts.

Chase: 888-245-0625 (Credit Analyst – Recons)
