Broker Removed Inquiry from CR?

I Just checked my TU Truecredit comparison to yesterday, and the inquiry from my mortagage broker from yesterday (6/16) was removed today (was still there this morning when I checked USAA and MPM). I was pre-approved for the mortgage. Why would the remove the inquiry? I'm not complaining, as long as it doesn't hurt me in the long run in regards to the mortgage, it just seems unusual.

Sometimes new inquiries on TU have a "bounce" to them, where they show up, disappear, and then show up again within a week's time.

 

So I would say, give it a week.

interesting - are you assuming the broker pulled it? I would guess the above post is the issue

Thanks, guys! I didn't realize that TU had a bounce effect. I just assumed if it disappeared than the person that placed it was the one to remove it. Now I know! Thanks!
