i have a collection for a medical bill from about 3 years ago. i have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it including the hippaa process twice. they are on eq only got rid of the rest. i contacted the original creditor to get more info and try to settle the bill. what do i do next? i want them to basically call of their dogs and get this off of my credit reports. can they do that first or do i ahve to pay it first? any suggestions??
