EQ acct #s and Pre HIPAA letter

When I navigate through the online dispute site for EQ it gives the first numbers of the account number and the last 4 are Xed out, I know the account numbers from TU and EX, should I send my Pre HIPAA letter to EQ stating that I have "No knowledge of the following account #s....." with the full account numbers or just with the information given by EQ?
