I have to CA's that are after me for medical collections only, these are local CA's only collect on medical in this area.

One I am paying one had no choice took me to court the CA proved the bills, BUT the judgement will not be put on my record long as I pay them every month, but of course the medical bills are showing on my report. There is 5 showing on each report from them.

One I have a court date, when I got served I did the paperwork to have them validate they did

Mind you both these CA's love to take you to court and they will.

I have around 15 showing on my CR from them there is more with them but not showing on CRA yet and this one is only showing on two CRA's.

I am going to call to postpone the new trial date to see what I can do if anything, I can try to make payments to them if that is the best course, I did send them two letters asking what could be worked out but they where ingored (probably the wrong thing to do I know but I cant afford a garnishment right now)

Am I screwed.
