Bank of america help Options

I have had a BOA account for almost a year now. Had no problems up until today. I go to use my check card at the gas station. It doesnt work. I was almost sure I had money in there. At first I thought maybe something went through that I forgot about. I just paid cash didnt think about it until later. Called my wife and asked her if maybe she had used it. She checked the bank account and said there was a pending debit of 888,888.88 . I wasnt able to call the bank right away. I called just a little while ago and they told my the account was being closed!! The only thing I was told was I needed to verify some info with chexsystems. I tried to get more out of them but they simply told me they didnt have that information. I tried to call chexsystmes but I was told they couldnt talk to me until I ordered a report!!!!

I am going round and round with these people no one will tell me anythiing. I am probably on chexxsystems as I had an old account close. However I have had this account for nearly a year.

what can be done if anything?

Did you have an old account with Bank Of America that closed or another bank? I am not sure why they would say that there is information that you need to verify with chexsystems. This is simply not true. Chexsystems must have insisted that they close out your account from what they are saying to you.

I do know that since EWS has got involved with Bank of America, some that have been able to open accounts are later closed when reported to it but not chexsystems. And it is much sooner than a year that this is happening. Did you have any recent problems with your account such as any NSFs?
