2 chex hits from 2004 and 2005 respectively, opened easily w/BB&T. They pull equifax. apply online.

could this be because my hits are so old and are marked as "paid" ? (one was due to identity theft)

OP, did they close your BB&T account?

Has anyone else had any experience with opening a BB&T account online? Did they close it after 1 week?

BB&T is a NIGHTMARE!!!! They open accounts and close them later ALL the time. They also now use EWS as well as chexsystems.
